Angela (Laliberte) Marquis, 96

Angela (Laliberte) Marquis, 96, formerly of E. Hartford Ave. died Mon. July 10, in Sunbridge of Milford where she had been a resident for the past 6 years. Her husband of 52 years Albert Marquis died on Feb. 27, 1998.

She is survived by her son Richard A. and his wife Joyce J. (Lavine) Marquis and two grandchildren Kristie L. and James R. Marquis all of Uxbridge.

Born in Canada on June 8, 1910, she was the daughter of Emil Laliberte. Mrs. Marquis was a stitcher for many years at the former Linwood Mills and was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd. She enjoyed cooking, cleaning and sewing.

Her funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Donations in Angela’s memory may be made to Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 44 Binney St., Boston, MA 02215.
