Chris D. Slavinskas, 20, of Worcester, hands his friend, William T. Puzo, 15, of Worcester the W that was part of the old Worcester Vocational High School sign. The school is moving to a new location near Green Hill Park. Before his graduation in telecommunications in 2004, Mr. Slavinskas had asked to have the sign.
